Two semester ago, I was a training teacher at Princess Sirindhorn's college. I taught 3 classes in Matthayom 3 about 8 periods per a week. Before I went to this school, I worry about my teaching and I always asked myself "Can I do it?","How can I teach them?" and "What activity do I select for the lesson?" I felt really n
ervous before I met students.
First semester, I was very excited. I didn't know how to speak clearly. Whenever I spoke, students laughed at me that makes me lost confidence and I didn't know how to explain clearly so I had lots of problem for my teaching. My students were very talkative and they sometimes play the guitar while I was writing on the blackboard and they didn't do their assignments. I thought it looked like my nightmare. Fortunately, I knew Aom who is the one in four training teachers from Silpakorn university. She is very intelligent, friendly and generous.
She always helped me when I had problem about teaching and she gave me lots of useful books.Besides, I got many advice from my co - teacher and Aj.Noppha. They gave comment to me after almost every periods such as how to write blackboard, how to control students, etc.
For the second semester, everything was better. I knew my fault from my co - teacher and my students. I had a plan before my teaching that's students and I made four rules together. Firstly, When someone speak in front of the class you have to listen. If you speak, you will come in front of the class and dance. Secondly, You have to come to my class on time. If you come late, you have to write 1 topics in some paper. Thirdly, you have to send your assignment with your group together(about 8 people in your group). If one of member in your group doesn't send assignment, I will take out of everybody in your group's points. The last, You don't have to use mobile phone, Mp3 or whatever that it doesn't involve in English subject. If I see it, I will take it and send to Aj.Amnard. Unbelievable, I can control my students in easy way and I didn't have problem about their assignment because everybody sent it. I was very happy for this semester. Some teacher in the office told me that I was cruel because when she walked pass my class, she noticed my students were quite. But I didn't care because my co - teacher told me that "Don't worry.You can control students." I thought, I was lucky because I got good students so I can control them. Althought I could control my students, I was still worry about my teaching because I had pronounciation problem. Some students told me that "you should go to Language clinic. It can help you to speak clearly." I went there in the evening but it's few time because I had to help some teacher searched information on the internet.
Before I came back to University, My co - teacher and other teachers took my friends and I to Go - Tae restaurant. It's delicious. Students put a short comment on some paper that's useful for me to improve my teaching in the future.

You are a lucky training teacher who met a good friendship from teachers in school especially your co-teacher and Aom. When I started in the first class I felt like you and every teacher in English program always spirit me that can help me very much. All of that can show us about friendship is important to make successful life.

Cherry 2, I believe in you. You can be a good english teacher. Although, you had some problem when you was teaching but you can slove that problem. I think, It was lucky for us that we met good students, good friend from another university and good co-teacher.

I know you have many problem but you can through away. You have a good co-teacher. She advise you when you have a problem. Many barrier made you get storng and good experience. I think, you will be a good English teacher.

My first semester like you but for the long time it will be better. Are you agree with me. You are going to be a good English teacher sure because you have a good experience when you was a training teacher.
