Let's eat health food-->5


I strongly agree with the point of view because most of people in nowadays usually eat junk food; pizza, hamburger, fried chicken, and etc. These affect to their health. Junk food or fast food can increase the risk of many disease such as diabetes, heart disease, and etc. Besides, many kinds of food are full of chemical substance.

In the past, people had fresh vegetables in their house. They planted them without chemical substance so they had fresh and clean vegetables. In addition, they could find many herbs near their house and they cooked food with many herbs in each meal. Besides, they had to work out for their farm that mean they could exercise everyday. They got good things from nature so there is no doubt that people in earlier times are stronger than nowadays.

So I think we should avoid to eat junk food and return to nature by eating fresh food and heath food. Do not forget exercise at least 30 minutes in a day in order to healthy life.

I agree wiht you. In the current, a lot of people like to eat junkfood that make them unhealthy and have short life.

Maybe you can change this opinion of childrens by teach them to know about bad of junk food and let them to know about good of vegateble.

I think so. Many people like to eat bad foods such as fast food. So we must concern about ous health and think for eating benefit foods and exercise too. For long life ang healthy forever.
